GOOD GAMES. GOOD COMPANY.
Look after the lobby.
Community rules
Keep competition friendly. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, scams or sharing someone’s private information. Use the game invitation cards for links. Report problems using the menu beside a message or player; block someone to stop contact.
The team can hide content or suspend accounts. Feedback and votes help us improve the games. Reports are private to the moderation team.
Your account and messages
Your handle, display name, avatar and public posts are visible to other players. Friends can see your availability and game when you choose to show it. Set your status to Invisible to hide your availability.
Direct messages are available to accepted friends. Party and crew conversations are restricted to members. The service stores these messages so you can return to them; authorised moderators can inspect reported content. These chats are not end-to-end encrypted.
Your password is stored as a salted cryptographic hash. Save your recovery code somewhere private: it lets you reset your password without an email address. Session cookies keep you signed in. Your existing arcade identity connects your community account with game scores.
Voice is your choice
Voice starts only when you tap Join voice and allow microphone access. Leave voice to stop microphone capture. Party voice is not recorded automatically. Separately, Analytics choices lets you explicitly record and share your own microphone with the site owner; a visible stop control ends that recording. This does not capture other participants’ voice streams. Calls use encrypted WebRTC transport and may pass through our relay. Other participants can still record audio on their own devices.
A phone call, lost connection or browser suspension may interrupt voice. The controls show when you need to reconnect. Use headphones when game audio interferes with conversation.
Device saves and feedback
Browser saves stay on your device. Switching community accounts keeps separate copies of arcade browser saves where storage is available. This does not upload entire game saves or LoopLab projects. Optional microphone or screen recordings are uploaded only after you start the separate recording control.
A feedback report can include an image and basic browser/game details only when you choose to include them. Check the preview before posting: public feedback is visible to other visitors.
Optional detailed analytics
Analytics choices lets you keep basic anonymous visit measurements, decline analytics, or separately enable detailed categories. Detailed options can include your player profile, network IP address, page and invitation URLs, clicks, errors and non-password text you provide. Text analytics shares only your own submitted community messages, never a copied history of other people’s private messages. Passwords, recovery codes and authentication tokens are excluded.
Precise location needs a separate choice and browser permission. Screen and microphone recordings each start only through their own visible control. Share only a screen you intend the site owner to see. You can stop recording or turn analytics off at any time. Detailed events are retained for up to 30 days; recordings for up to 7 days, with a five-minute and 10 MB limit per clip. The owner’s analytics login protects access. Browser privacy signals keep optional collection off.
Control your data
You can delete your own chat messages, block players, leave groups, change your password or delete your community account in You → Account. Account deletion revokes your sessions and removes your community contributions as described in the confirmation. Game scores are part of the arcade’s separate leaderboard history.
To contact the team about community content, use the Report action or post a game issue in Ideas & fixes. For a forgotten password, choose Recover account and use your saved recovery code.
